Terms And Conditions for use of web site
By using this site, you have agreed to the terms and conditions of use. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use this site. Central Bathrooms Ltd reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update these terms of use, and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations, and updates on subsequent visits.
1. Prices and Payment.
The prices for goods displayed on this site for sale are set out by Central Bathrooms Ltd. Delivery will be charged on an order by order basis, and any such additional charges will be clearly displayed where they apply. Prices and delivery charges displayed are valid and effective only for delivery to addresses in mainland United Kingdom.
Central Bathrooms Ltd accepts your order once you have paid for the items in full including applicable delivery charges. Upon receipt of payment, Central Bathrooms Ltd will confirm acceptance of your order to the e-mail address you provide on your order details. Whether or not you receive this e-mail; our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us. All e-mails sent to yourself regards to your order are merely to report that your request has been received and will be looked at.
Central Bathrooms Ltd reserve the right, at any time prior to acceptance, to refuse any order or any part of an order, or to require further or better information to enable it to evaluate and/or process the order.
In the event that there is a pricing error on our website then Central Bathrooms Ltd will not be bound to honour any orders made at that price.

All card payments are processed on behalf of Central Bathrooms Ltd by World pay All prices shown on this website include the charge that covers the processing of this processing and the total amount you pay is the same, regardless of the payment method.
2. Cancelling an order.
If you decide to cancel your order you will need to send an e-mail to Cancellations@centralbathrooms.co.uk we will then reply to this e-mail with a Cancellation number. You must keep a record of this number. Orders are only cancelled once this number has been provided and any claims that an order was cancelled will not be entertained unless a cancellation number can be quoted.
3. Our Returns policy - Faulty Goods.
If any of the goods you have received are faulty or incorrect upon delivery we will refund the cost of the goods and the delivery charge.
4. Checking Goods for Damages.
When ordering from this website you agree to check all boxes on date of delivery and notify Central Bathrooms Ltd within 7 days of that delivery. If we are not notified of damages within the 7-day period we are unable to claim from the manufacturer, Supplier or carrier. You agree to indemnify us in full for any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify within the 7 days.
5. Returns Policy - Unsatisfied
If you are not satisfied with any of the goods supplied for any reason it can be returned at anytime within a 28-day period for a replacement of equivalent value or a credit against an item of higher value. If you cannot find anything that you would like to exchange the item for we will refund you for the item less the actual costs of delivery we will also require a 10% re-stocking fee. This does not affect your statutory rights in any way.
Central Bathrooms Ltd will need an e-mail sent to Returns@centralbathrooms.co.uk expressing the reason for the return. Central Bathrooms Ltd will then supply you with a returns number.
It is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods reach us in good condition unused, unmarked and in they're original packaging. All goods should be well packed and sent to:

We suggest that you take out carrier insurance because if the goods do not arrive in re-saleable condition no refund will be made.
The consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000/ Returns
Since October 2000 consumers now have the right to cancel their order within a cooling off period which lasts 7 days from the day after taking delivery.
Cancellations can be in a form of facsimile, e-mail or a letter sent to our address as listed below and in the contact us page on this website. If you cancel the goods under these provisions then you will be responsible for returning the goods to us in good condition or you will be responsible for our costs in recovering the goods. You must make sure the goods remain undamaged and unused. The delivery of the goods to you is a separate contract for services and is not covered by the cooling off period, therefore any refunds made will not include the costs of delivery of the goods to you.

6. Delivery of Goods
All Goods will be delivered to you but delivery may be affected in one or more instalments.
Changes to Delivery addresses after the order has been received are not possible. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is correct.
All delivery dates are approximate and no liability at all is accepted in respect of late deliveries.
Central Bathrooms Ltd advise that you do not arrange for a plumber to install the items until after they have been delivered and checked for damage.
If for any reason expected delivery will exceed 14 working days from the date of receipt of order the customer will be informed, via e-mail using the e-mail address specified within the order, and given the option to cancel the order. Unless otherwise stated within the More Details section of the item in question. , For example a Matki Shower products can take up to 4 - 6 Weeks.
For Health and Safety reasons the driver cannot move heavy items on his own. If your order contains heavy items please ensure that there will be at least one able bodied person present to help you move your goods.
For heavy deliveries that arrive on pallets you must check the goods for damage before signing the drivers delivery note. You must open the packaging and throughly inspect the goods. Sometimes the paperwork may say sign if the outer packaging is intact. IGNORE THIS, If you sign for the goods, even if you write the words "Unchecked" or similar on the delivery note, then you are accepting that the goods arrived in good condition and later claims for damages will not be considered. If the driver refuses to wait while you check the goods then you must refuse to accept the delivery and email admin@centralbathrooms.co.uk with the details as soon as possible.
In some circumstances on heavy or large items, deliveries may not be able to be dropped off all at the same time and may require a number of deliveries. We will contact you via e-mail regards to the status of the delivery process.
7. General Information
Central Bathrooms Ltd will not be liable for any failure to ship products where this results from its inability to do so from acts of god, war and other hostilities, civil commotion, riots, flood, draught, fire, legislation or other factors outside Central Bathrooms Ltd control.
If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, all other parts of these terms and conditions shall not be effected and shall remain in force.
While we will verify the accuracy of any information we place on this website www.Centralbathrooms.co.uk, we make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy. We cannot guarantee that the appearance and/or colours of products shown on this website exactly reproduce the appearance and/or colours of the actual physical products themselves. All sizes which are quoted on this website are approximate.
